Work Process
Osborne Designs work processes are tailored for the ease of use by our clients. Our first step is to define your project requirements/needs. Once the project is defined we move to the design process. The design process is key, this process will generate visual mockups in order to refine project requirements/needs. When the final design mockup has been approved we move to the development process. The development process is basically the process of building the defined project based upon the approved design mockup. This is where we make the project functionality come to life. Once the development process has been approved we graduate to the delivery process. The delivery process is quite simple in which we prepare the project for delivery whether it's a web based project or printable materials. We take the time to prep the data for your server, printer and/or CD backup. Basically whatever delivery method you require we adhere to. The described process's may fluctuate slightly based upon your individual project however we try to follow the process's as best we can in order to make the overall project process smooth for both clients and Osborne Designs personnel.

Process Tools
Osborne Designs has created process tools in order to make the work process and organization based upon timeline a bit smoother. We currently utilize an online staging server for all projects. The staging server is for our clients to view the work that we have completed. It also provides certain web hosting technologies in order to use as a web site development staging server. The staging server offers a second form of back-up for our clients projects. We have developed a weekly status report which will be hosted on our staging server. This will aid in keeping you current with project details, timelines, deliverables and billable time towards your project. It also provides us a chance to confront issues and or situations that might delay the design/development process. Using our process tools combined with the power of Internet communication helps us as well as our clients produce, understand and focus on the task at hand.
